2017 Subaru WRX STI EVO-ALL Transponder Bypass

We have had some issues finding the Immobiliser Data wire in a 2017 PTS Subaru WRX STI, the install guide tells us it is plug B pin 25 behind the glove box in the ECU, The ECU in this car does not have a wire in that location!, after many emails and many phone calls i was finally able to get a pinout diagram for the exact ECU in that car and it would seem the Immobilser data wire is in a different plug and different location (Still in the ECU behind the glovebox though) if we cut it the car starts for 2 seconds then dies also the key lock light on the dash illuminates, but when we wire it up to the EVO-ALL it won't read the data, we just get steady Red Blue Lights instead of the 10 red and 10 blue flashes, we can use the EVO-ALL for convienence features but not Immobiliser bypass, does anyone have any ideas or have seen this on any other subaru's using different software all help would be appreciated. Plug B "Pin 25" is the one shown in all the install guides which isn't populated in our ECU and Plug C "Pin 26" is the one shown in the Pinout diagram from Subaru. Hopefully everyone can follow my Question/Diagram!!!!

Is the vehicle standard key or push to start ?

To program the evo you must start the engine, not only ignition on.
Push to start, manual, i have done everything the install guide says to program the module "hold down program button, wait till blue and red are lit then connect the remaing plugs in the order specified, press the program button 6 times, the blue and red lights flash 5 times, start the car but at that point the red and blue lights stop flaahing and stay on constant instead of red flashing 10 times and blue flashing 10 times

According to Subaru diagram the correct information for this vehicle is what is written in the guide... Is it possible the vehicle is modified or does not have factory engine ?

The Car was bought new by the customer and has not modified it, I also found information on the Motec website which also says the immobiliser data wire is in plug C pin 26 I have put the link below

https://www.motec.com.au/filedownload.php/DVIN0013%20Subaru%20WRX9%202.5%20Installation%20Notes.pdf?docid=2673

The car is right hand drive but surely the immobiliser isn't different between the two.....
Where is that plug located? it is different to the install diagram, it's back to front!?
