2011 Toyota Camry standard key headlights stay on

I have a 2011 toyota camry standard key with Evo-one.  Everything works correctly except if I kill the engine with the remote, or if it times out after15min the headlight stay on and will not ever turn off.

We do not interface with the headlights on the standard key model. We only power the head lights.

Can you tell me why they are staying off? or what I can do to make sure they turn off after I kill it with the remote or if it times out
