2011 Acura TL red light won't go out

Question

I installed the evo-all module with a g4 crime stopper cool start module. I pressed the button the. plugged in the datalink wires and the red led stays on. I cannot reset it using the master reset either.

It might be a defective EVO. Did you try to do a master reset on the Flash link instead? Your remote starter might be sending ground when running all the time, check that from your remote starter as well.
