make sure the dark blue wire from the 20-pin connector is not grounded.

Also, make sure you did both parts of the programming; can-bus programming, then transponder programming

the dblue is not grnd and i programmed correctly as programming procedure states.
Which Yellow/Black did you ground? please specifiy which one. Also when you try and start it, does any of the leds light up on the Evo-All? If so, can you please tell us in what sequence they light up.
I try to grnd ylw/blk from 20 pin . I get nothing. No lights. I tried the other ylw/blk and get nothin either... I get a blinking blue light each time I push lock on my key. I had order a flash link to try other options .  Let ya know after that unless ha have another idea. I bought my Evo all from a online store which they said it is programmed for my truck.

Your options seem fine, unless you did a master reset (options get reset this way) : http://fortin.ca/en/support/001a06448368/

The yellow/black that needs to see a ground is the one in the 20-pin connector of the EVO; not the yellow/black coming from the T-Harness.

What if you ground the dark blue wire (hood pin input from 20-pin connector)? If you see a red light turn on by grounding that wire, this means the options were reset.

I am having exactly the same problem, I am programming the EVO ALL  as stand alone, using the T harness, everything seens to be OK, I get the blue led to blink as expected and then off, once I turn the ignition off  as per step 5 of the guide; but when I am going to do the test with the key fob as stated in step 6 I bring the key next to the ignition cylinder, push the lock buttom 3 times I see the blue led going on when I push the lock button but i can't get it to start. I have grounded the yellow/black coming from the 20 pin connector in the EVO ALL. Is this expectable? should I complete the programming (transponder portion) or continue troubleshooting until I get it to start, as explained in step 6?

Step 1-5 of the guide is only for programming CAN functions, you might not be able to do the test on step 6 because you are in stand alone mode, that step is only if you are using another remote starter and the evo only for bypassing the transponder.

You will have to continue with the programming guide step 7 to program the evo to do transponder bypass.

You will also need to verify that Options C1 and D1 are ON in the Evo ALL

You also said that you "grounded" the yellow/black wire from the 20 pin connector of the Evo ALL, you DO NOT need to keep this wire always connected to ground. You only need to touch this yellow/black wire to ground for about a second to trigger the Evo ALL to start the vehicle

Me too everything looks right but truck won't start till I touch the yellow and black wire from the 20 pin to ground than it starts what I'm I doing wrong?
