What is the advantage of using the Flashlink Mobile in the vehicle if the module has to be removed?

Or is it just a choice between desktop and mobile?

typicly the flashlink mobile is best used by mobile installers so no need to carry a clunky laptop around, also means you can flash modules at the vehicle rather than at your desktop in the office ect...

But still it has to be completely disconnected to prgram right?

yes the module needs to be completly disconnected from the wiring harness to communicate with the flashlink programmers
