Will the evo-gmt1 work with a standard trans for 2013 chev sonic?

Question

what all is needed to wire a remote starter for a 2013 chev sonic with a standard transmission? I know you need the evo-gmt1, but does it also require a remote starter and anything else extra?

Standard vehicles require a remote starter of your choice along with the EVO. The reason is for security.
