Dodge 2013 ram 1500 OEM remote will not respond once truck is started

OEM remote LOCK- LOCK-LOCK sequence starts 2013 dodge ram 1500.  However once truck starts the OEM remote does not respond especially to unlock the doors.  Yellow and red light are ON on the EVO box.

If you have 2 remotes have you tried the other one? there is a note stating:

The remote used to program the module will not work while the vehicle is remote started.

So if you are using the remote that was used to program the module this would be normal
