2015 WRX Programming trouble

I have installed the EVO ALL refer to the 46681 for the Japan of 2015 SUBARU WRX.

In trouble in DCRYPTOR Programming In STEP 5,after the engine start, LEDs of RED and BLUE become continuous lighting.

Tips want what is wrong.

Verify that you have the correct IMO wire. EVOALL is not detecting this signal.
