EVO ALL GMT4 doesnt start

Key programmed correctly and updated firmware. Options D1 and C1 are on since I am doing standalone install. Doesn't start...leds on unit make me think its trying to remote start but it doesn't crank or start.

What are all the wires you connected in the vehicle?

Does the ignition turn on when trying to remote start the vehicle?
