When i plug in red plug from t harness the alarm goes off and cant stop until i unplug

Looking at your service number, there is an option that was enabled that should not be turned on a Ford vehicle, Option D2 needs to be turned off.

When exactly does the alarm go off? Are you trying to program the unit when this is happening? During programming, the red connector does not need to be connected, you can connect the red connector in the end after the unit is programmed to the vehicle.

thank you for the response, i changed the setting like u requested and also turned off some unnecessary options or should i leave them on? and one more question also when i pug in the red plug off t harness radio and dash power on is this supposed to happen?

No, but it may do this until the unit is properly programmed to the vehicle, this is why, please leave the red connector disconnected until the evo unit if fully programmed to the vehicle.
