Why will it not let me reacess the information on here for my activation key?

Question

I logged on and used my activation key a week ago and was not able to get the information I needed to print. I am now trying to reaccess the information so I can see what else is needed to you the product that I purchased. I am using a different computer than I was orginally on. Can you please tell me how I need to go about this so I can get my car fixed?
