EVO All Yel and Red come on. No start. Security Icon in Dash on - locked & unlocked

2019 MAZDA Grand Touring CX9

Fortin 41-2099 EVO-MAZT1  Push to Start

Got through the programming steps,

Using Lock, Unlock, Lock. Blue led flashes when any remote button preesed.

Red and Yellow come on then both go off,  come on again then go off.

Security Icon In dash cluster blinks whether locked or unlocked. Only goes off after entry and Ignition on. Does the same whether module is connected or not.  Don't think it did that before?

Hardware ver 6.0  Firmware flashed to 71.47
