Car doesn’t go into gear unless I press brake and push to start button at same time

My car only goes into gear when I press push to start and brake at the same time. Also it says service fob system. What could be the issue? Chrysler 200s 2015

That is how all cars start, put foot on brake pedal, push start button or use a key, select gear and drive away.

Not when using remote start. You should just be able to press start button and put into gear. I confirmed this with support.
