2013 Lexus GS450h EVO-ALL - light won’t blink blue when pressing lock 3x

I did everything as instructed , connected the CAN Hi and Lo , connected to green wire on push button .
 

programming was successful, it just doesn't detect anything when I press Lock 3x, no blue light blink.

Is this a North American vehicle ?

 

What is the service number written on the module ?

Yes, North American model from the United States.
