Outlander remote start not working

Question

2007 Mitsubishi Outlander Standard Key. Using EVO ONE and RF641W. The module and fobs are programmed correctly. Using the RF641W will not lock the doors right away, but will lock after about a minute. The unlock function works and the remote start does not work. I press the start button for 3 seconds and it unlocks the car, the blue light on the module flashes and the remote flashes. The car does nothing but sit there and after about a minute the doors lock.
