2014 Ford Flex no start on 3xlock

Installed evo all and t harness, connected yellow, lt blue and lt blue black wire. Seemed to program fine. Blue light flashes on each press of lock button but car will not start. Bought item from online retailer which stated they loaded latest firmware for my car. Any suggestions?

Please provide you service number which is on the sticker on the bottom of the Evo All module so we can check if the necessary options have been turned on.

Options seem enabled : http://fortin.ca/en/support/001a06462554/   I say "seem enabled" because if you did a master reset at anytime to the module, it would reset the options.

 

What happens if you ground the yellow/black wire on the 20-pin connector of the EVO? What LEDs turn on?

I dont believe I reset anything, just followed the instructions that I got here. If I ground that wire the blue LED will turn on for about a second and then go off
