is there a guide for evo-all standalone installation 2009 mustang?

I'm using thar-for1, but I don't expect a guide with that for 2009

You cannot do a standalone connection with an Evo ALL in your vehicle. The Evo ALL will only do transponder bypass, doorlocks , tach, etc,,,

 

You will need a Remote Starter to power up the high current wires at your igniton switch barrel.
