Check engine light upon hookup

I installed my unit, as per instructions(minus the light connections) and thought I had programmed it properly, however is never started my jeep and it gave me a check engine light. Code U1411.

 

Just wondering where I went wrong and it this has happened to anyone else

service number to the module please?

mine gave me check ingine light at first too.. then it went away. hasnt come back
