EVO ALL will not start vehicle

Question

everything should be hooked up correctly and also programmed correctly. when i go to start the vehicle with the lock button it will not start. Everytime i press the lock button the blue light flashes on the evo, so it blinks 3 times when i try to start the vehicle because i am pressing the lock button three times and the vehicle does not start. The vehicle will however start when started normally with the key.

do you have the standalone selected in the evoall with a run time selected make sure c1 and d1 are on

ok i now have those selected as they were not before, now the vehicle responds to the oem remote but now the lights come on like its going to start and it never does. so its recongizing the remote now which is good. red and yellow lights light up on the evo all when it does not start.

The vehicel is a 2014 Audi Q5 premium
