Lights don't change color when key is inserted

Question

installed evo-all in 2012 fusion, trying to program to start, when key is inserted nothing happens the light doesn't flash or anything.

No light should come on only with key inserted, yellow led will follow ignition.

when programing starting with red light on, insert first key turn on the light doesn't change, insert second key, turn on and nothing changes.
