2016 cruze wont program with evo gmt1 harness

Im trying to program a 2016 cruze with the evo gtm1 v2 harness. #001a06639382. it gets to the end and the yellow light stay solid and doesnt flash 10X times. i tired dycrpyting it also and it didnt work. do you have any suggestions on what i can do. its a flip ket not pts.

The dcryptor programming requires that you press 5 times on the programming at step 3, make sure you did this step.

The version loaded in your module is 70.21 but the recommended version for your vehicle is 70.23 . Specially the new style flip keys have been introduced in version 70.23 .

I did flash it to 70.23. Now if you try program it regularly as soon as you turn the ignition on it starts flashing yellow/red. I's there a way to reset it back to factory and start over
