2009 toyota camary remote start worked for 3 weeks, now just rolls and doesnt start

Question

was installed 3 weeks ago along with a RF kit, programmed and all worked well.  When attempting to remote start now using the remote or 3x lock vehicle powers up and engine rolls over butt does not start.    The locks will lock and unlock using the remote, checked all connections ok, checked output from module both ignition and both start wires power up, ground is good and 12v is good.   Tryed a master resett and reprogrammed, but still the same
