Dcryptor taking a really long time... is it down?

I'm trying to install the EVO-One on a 2019 Mazda cx-9 using the THAR-ONE-MAZ3 harness. I'm at the stage where I'm letting the Dcryptor do its thing, however it's been "processing update" for almost an hour now... is the DCryptor server down, or is this a normal amount of time for it to process things? Thanks for any help!

Dcryptor should be pretty fast on this vehicle, reprogram module to the vehicle and send dcryptor data again.
