how to do a complete reset on a EVO-ONE

Good day i am installing a evo-one with a evo942 kit having trouble getting the module to program to the vehical Ihave double checked both my can connections and my RX & TX connections and they are fine my connections are always soiderd and completed with care to be sure i have no wiring issues  when writing the fimware i wrote both the bypass firmware and the remote start firmware and was later told I only had to write the bypass  so Iwould like to do a complete reset and write just the bypass firmware. also im waitingfor a email from you of the screen shot of the location of a factory remote starter if it has one so I can disconnect and eliminateit . so who ever answers this question can you please make sure that email has been sent . thank you
