2016 Mustang Push to Start No Crank No Start Condition

Question

Installed Evo One w/ THAR-FOR3 in accordance with guidelines online. Car can start normally with the normal clutch, brake, and push to start, but will not work with remote start. I tried flashing it 2-3 times over again to make sure all is well, and nothing changed. When car is running, solid yellow is illuminated. When lock x3 is initiated with car off and all doors closed, only blue blinks (no reds after, no matter how many times I try locking). I also tried lock, unlock, lock, but nothing happened either. Please help, thanks!
