Can't login to Flashlink Manager

Question

I tried logging on to the FlashLink Manager using the universal account and password

Account: flash@mypushcart.com

Password: MPCflash

But it keeps saying account doesn't exist or password is incorrect.

How do I login?

For questions or issues regarding the my push cart account and email you will need to contact their support team: https://ts.mypushcart.com/ticket

I can confirm the account flash@mypushcart.com does exist in the fortin databse.
