2018 grand cherokee Invalid key data requesting to start back at step 1

2018 grand cherokee automatic gas chy7 plug and play conection. First section of steps were successfull i than tried to flash the module it went to 100% so i reinstalled it in the jeep it woudl not get past step 1 for programing the rf remotes. it woudl not start with the 3 lock press on factory. i brought it back in and hooked it up tried to reflash. then i wnet to see the options I belive i missed the dcrypt in this section. I tried it and it failed saying it was mising key data and to take the unit back and start at step 1. I tried that but can only get to step 6 were it is flasshing fast blue and red but once the unlock putton is pressed for step 7 all the lights come on not just the yellow so i am stuck. any help would be appreciated.
