2010 Dodge Ram 1500 gas - starter cut in/out while cranking

Question

I installed a crimestopper Revo-1 with the standalone evo all remote start.

when using the Revo remote, it makes an awful noise while cranking,the truck eventually starts. it doesn't seem to happen when using factory remote 3x.

All the REVO does is tell the EVO to start. It technically makes no sense that it works fine using 3x lock but not with an RF-Kit. What's the service number on the unit so i can see the options?
