Evo-All 2018 Mazda 3 Automatic 2 key programming PTS

I can not get the yellow light to light up when programming the bypass unit.  Tried fobs multiple positions.  Tried batteries in and batteries out.  2018 Mazda 3 PTS t-harness. Car will not start without batteries in Fobs.
