Would Low voltage cause the Evo ALL to not function?

I have a 2003 Honda CRV Remote Start setup using the CoolStart RS3-G5 and a Fortin EVO ALL - Recently the remote start has been Intermittently working, I noticed my Battery voltage has only been about 12.0 resting and when the remote start does not work... Is there a specific voltage these need to activate the remote start? Maybe I have a battery that is dying? Could lower voltage cause this? Thanks for any insight on this!!

Hello,

 

The evo-all will work all the way down to 10V. Your cool start on the other hand, I do not know what the working voltage threshold is, you would need to contact crimstopper for that.
