Evo-All installed and working on 2014 Ford F150, but now truck won't crank with key

The Evo-All was installed, and the remote start function works correctly without issue,  however now if you try and start the truck with just the key and not using the remote start function it will NOT crank at all. The lights, radio and the like all come on but the key does not turn over and the engine does not start unless using the remote start function (hitting lock button 3 times).

Start by disconnecting the t-harness and reconnecting the factory connector, does the truck now start ?

Main ignition connectors are not properly connected. Specifically the one that plugs into the ignition barrel.
